Without prejudice to your consumer rights, DBN will honour to refund the full price of the sale.
The refund will depend on the consumer informing DBN in writing with a request for a refund and a reason why a refund is required.
When a reason is provided, Without prejudice to your consumer rights, DBN will honour the refund, but if the reason concerns the non germination of seed products, we retain the right to offer advice and free seed to replace the failed seeds, and if the outcome is not satisfactory, we will then refund the price paid for those seeds.
Without prejudice to your consumer rights, our policy at DBN is to honour your right to cancel a sale. however postage costs will be charged if the cancellation is not made within 24 hours of receipt of an order as the product may have entered the postal system.
To avoid fraud, in the event of product being 'on delivery', when a cancellation is requested, the order will only be cancelled when the product is returned to DBN, this may take up to 48 days.
